Returns & Complaints

We kindly ask you to examine all goods immediately upon arrival. All claims must be notified to us whether damage has happened during delivery or the product has its faults.

If such a situation occurs:

1. Please inform us immediately and follow the advice given
2. Please take the pictures of the damage or fault
3. In the presence of the delivery courier write the damage-protocol, where it will be stated time and date of the delivery and damaged or fault.

Exchange of the product for a new product or repair of the damage product will be only possible on the basics of the protocol and pictures taken.
Damaged or faulty product, shall be sent to our warehouse at our cost
All the returns and complaints are processed within 7 working days. The terms of exchange or repairs is given individually.
All the products offered in our shop are new unless stated otherwise.
